A bilingual (Croatian-Italian) proclamation addressed to the inhabitants of the city of Rijeka and the surroundings. The declaration was signed by Josip Bunjevac Deputy of the Zagreb County. Proclamation relates to guarantee of freedom of use of the Italian language, freedom of trade and navigation.
